Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

bitcoinvirtualcard.com supports the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion and other financial crime. This Policy describes the principles applied to our SaaS information and referral service.

1. Our role

We are an information and referral service, not a card issuer, bank, exchange, custodian or payment processor. The third-party provider is responsible for customer onboarding, transaction controls, identity verification and regulatory reporting for its products.

2. Prohibited activity

The service must not be used to conceal proceeds of crime, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, commit fraud, transact for prohibited persons or jurisdictions, or facilitate any other unlawful activity.

3. Risk-based controls

We may use technical controls to detect abuse of this website, restrict suspicious traffic, preserve relevant records and review referral activity. We may block access or remove links where legal, sanctions, fraud or security risks arise.

4. Provider verification

Card issuers and payment partners may require identity, address, source-of-funds or other checks based on law, risk, product and transaction limits. Users must provide accurate information and comply with the provider’s current requirements.

5. Sanctions and jurisdictions

Access may be unavailable in restricted jurisdictions or to sanctioned persons. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access and intended use comply with applicable laws.

6. Cooperation

Where legally required, we may cooperate with competent authorities and relevant service providers, respond to valid requests, and preserve or disclose information in accordance with applicable law.

7. Updates

We review these principles periodically and may update them to reflect legal, risk or service changes.
